BIL is free as in speech, not as in beer. Which means there is still a cost to hold the event, a cost carried by the participants. While we do not charge to enter the event, but it costs about $20 for each person. If you can afford it we request you donate, and know that each multiple past $20 helps spread these ideas to another person.
