The Google Sidewiki BIL 2010 Challenge

by Bill Erickson on February 3, 2010

The Google Sidewiki team is giving away 25 “chrome” Flip MinoHD cameras to BIL Conference participants who create Sidewiki entries on the BIL 2010 site prior to Feb 12th!

For the google messaging on this contest here is the Official Post

Give it a shot:
Head over to the speaker pages and share your thoughts and ideas about the speaker and their topic as a Sidewiki entry.

  • Add #BIL10 to each entry
  • Vote on usefulness of entries to give peer-reviewed feedback to the speaker and other attendees
  • Add as many entries as you like between Feb 2nd and Feb 12th

The most useful entries will be chosen by Sidewiki’s Community Manager Natalie Villalobos (attendee at BIL 2010) and re-tweeted @googlesidewiki.

How to get started:
Install the latest Google ToolbarSidewiki bookmarklet, or Chrome extension, and make sure you are signed into your Google account.

The top 25 most influential conversationalists (as chosen by BIL staff, attendees, and Natalie Villalobos) will be awarded the Flip cameras on Feb 12th, and are encouraged to document the talks and break out sessions for the duration of the conference!

All Flip camera documentarians are welcome to share back their footage with the BIL conference staff by sending it to oddboy [at] gmail [dot] com – which will go up on http://bilconference.com/
