I’m always interested in the variety of ways that we can sleep better. There are a ton of stories and fables for how to do it. Sleep Hygiene and Rituals tend to be the most common ones. There is a ton of fringe techniques from binaural beats and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyphasic_sleep .

I’m interested in Matt’s approach and I’d love to record the topic and annotate it. #bil10
